    -What is the cancellation guarantee:
    The cancellation guarantee is a fixed price optional 4% of total price, payable upon booking.
    This guarantee guarantees the reimbursement of the sums paid for your rental (subject to presentation
    proof) *
    It is also possible to subscribe to an extension of guarantee in the context of an interruption of the package stay
    optional 5% of the total amount.

    -What does the cancellation guarantee reimburse:

    * The conditions and documents to be entitled to a refund:
    Upon presentation of documents justifying the cancellation in the following cases:

    The covid guarantee is an optional package on the amount of the stay, payable when booking.
    This guarantee assures you of reimbursement* on your rental of the sums paid or a credit note** according to the provisions (subject to presentation of proof)***

    More details and application conditions:

    For a reservation cancellation:
    *if the contracting party cancels his reservation before April 30, a refund of the deposit will be made excluding:
    - Application fee
    -The cancellation guarantee plus covid guarantee pack

    In case of confinement:
    **if and only if confinement is pronounced, this at most 30 days before the arrival planned by the competent authorities throughout France or in inter-regions, a credit note with a validity of 24 months will be made on the deposit excluding:
    – application fees
    – cancellation guarantee pack plus covid guarantee
    To benefit from it, the contractor must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours at most, the accuracy of the facts will be verified.
