    -What is the cancellation guarantee:

    * The conditions and documents to be entitled to a refund:

    Accident corporel grave, maladie grave, hospitalisation ou décès de l’assuré (réservataire), de son conjoint ou des personnes désignées au contrat de location.

    After checking the supporting documents and proper compliance with the procedure, a refund will be made within 1 month.
    If non-compliance with one of the conditions is not met, no refund will be made, the booker will be obliged to pay the balance of his stay whether he has made it or not. No reduction will be granted in the event of
    late arrival or early departure.
