    Upon presentation of documents justifying the cancellation in the following cases:
    Serious bodily accident, serious illness, hospitalization or death of the insured person (reserved party), his or her spouse or the persons designated in the
    rental contract.
    By serious illness, we mean a deterioration in health noted by a reputably competent medical authority. excluding pandemics, excluding Covid 19 or variants , prohibiting leaving the room and implying the cessation of any professional or other activity.
